Position: Warranty & Costing Clerk / Administrator

Well-Established Motor Dealership – East London, Eastern Cape

We are seeking an experienced Warranty & Costing Clerk / Administrator to join our well-established motor dealership in East London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing warranty claims, service costing, and ensuring compliance with OEM requirements, supporting our fast-paced service department.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proven experience in warranty administration and service costing
  • Experience with in a motor dealership or franchise dealership environment is essential
  • Strong understanding of OEM warranty policies, procedures, and service cost structures
  • Proficiency in dealer management systems (DMS)
  • Excellent administration skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced service department

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and submit warranty claims accurately and timeously
  • Prepare and manage service costing documentation for repairs and maintenance
  • Ensure all supporting documentation complies with OEM requirements
  • Follow up on outstanding claims and manufacturer queries
  • Maintain accurate records of warranty submissions, approvals, and service costs
  • Liaise effectively with service advisors, technicians, and management
