We’re hiring a Warehouse / Workshop Manager with strong electrical motor repair and modification experience. This is a leadership role that combines warehouse and workshop oversight with hands-on involvement in electric motor repairs and testing.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage workshop operations, staff, and job card processing
Oversee modifications, repairs, and testing of electric motors
Ensure proper receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching of stock
Maintain accurate inventory and implement regular stock takes
Lead safety procedures, equipment checks, and staff training
Schedule and manage deliveries, fleet vehicles, and workshop tools
Required Experience & Skills:
Qualified Armature Winder or proven electric motor repair background
In-depth knowledge of motor components, testing, and modifications
Minimum 3 years in warehouse/workshop management
Strong leadership, planning, and multitasking abilities
Forklift license & valid driver’s license
Computer proficiency (inventory systems, job tracking, MS Office)
