We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our branch in Durban!
Duties & Responsibilities
The Warehouse Supervisor is a supervisory role that oversees other employees and ensures the smooth running of the floor maintenance department, along with various duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to the following:
Supervise and coordinate activities and manage staff as per roster.
Maintain a clean andsafe working environment.
Manage and report workplace incidents and safety breaches.
Manage the quality of work completed by maintenance staff within the warehouse.
Ensure proper cleaning and tagging of price cards, ensuring all cars are accurately described.
Ensure that all inspections and repairs comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as the branch’s policies and procedures.
Communicate inspection findings and repair recommendations to the Warehouse Manager.
Supervise floor maintenance staff, warehouse drivers, key room, and photobooth.
Control and monitor all inbound processes, such as rejects and inspections.
Manage 3rd party logistics, including TAC and deinstallation of tracking units.
Monitor and enforce company policies related to fuel requirements across departments.
Ensure vehicle cleanliness on the sales floor, as well as prompt response to any spills to maintain overall neatness.
Direct reporting to the Operations Manager.

Requirements
Matric
Valid driving license
2+ years’ experience in a similar position
Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Maintenance, or Operational Management (Advantageous)
