Warehouse Picker Jobs in White River at Christie Group
We’re hiring a reliable and detail-focused Warehouse Picker to join our warehouse operations team. The ideal candidate will have experience in fast-paced picking environments, with a strong focus on accuracy, speed, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
· Accurately pick stock from warehouse shelves according to picking slips or system instructions.
· Ensure items are picked, scanned, and handled correctly to prevent damage.
· Follow FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles and batch/expiry rules when required.
· Work closely with staging and loading teams to ensure timely dispatch.
· Report stock discrepancies, damages, or missing items to supervisors.
· Assist with stock rotation and general warehouse duties as needed.
· Maintain cleanliness and order in picking zones.
· Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

Requirements:
Previous picking/warehouse experience (FMCG environment an advantage).
Ability to read and follow picking slips or system-based instructions accurately.
Physically fit – able to stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift.
Good attention to detail and time management skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, or overtime when required.
