The Opportunity
We’re looking for a hands-on, organised, and people-focused Warehouse Manager to run the day-to-day operations of our Silverlakes branch.
This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where you’ll take full ownership of warehouse flow—from receiving to dispatch—ensuring everything runs smoothly, accurately, and on time.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee receiving and dispatch operations end-to-end
- Ensure SOPs are followed, optimised, and continuously improved
- Lead, coach, and manage warehouse staff and daily workflows
- Handle repairs, exchanges, and warehouse-related customer queries
- Maintain accurate stock control, including assembled stock
- Supervise packing, stacking, and movement of goods
- Coordinate deliveries and collections efficiently
- Minimise losses and damages while maintaining high housekeeping standards
- Ensure effective use of POS and Sage Pastel systems
What You’ll Bring
- Grade 12 with a relevant tertiary qualification
- 4+ years’ experience in warehouse/retail operations
- 4+ years’ experience managing teams (18+ staff)
- Strong customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and communication skills
- Computer literacy (Excel; Sage Pastel advantageous)
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
