We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse team and ensure the highest levels of service delivery both internally and externally. If you are passionate about and possess strong leadership skills, we want you to be part of our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and manage the warehouse team to achieve optimal service delivery.
Oversee overall stock control to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Ensure that receiving and dispatch operations are precise and effective.
Conduct weekly cycle counts and report on any variances.
Prepare and execute monthly stock takes.
Ensure strict adherence to Health and Safety rules and policies at all times.
Manage costs in line with the financial budget.
Oversee the management of loading equipment, tools, and consumables.
Manage the Bond warehouse in compliance with SARS regulations.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Requirements :
A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Warehouse Management is advantageous.
Minimum of 5–10 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager.
Preferable knowledge of MS Office and Sage Evolution.
Willingness to work overtime when required.
Own transport and a valid driver’s license are essential.
Basic knowledge of tyres or automotive experience is a plus.
3–5 years of experience in logistics or warehouse management.
Proven track record of staff management for at least 3 years.
