Warehouse Manager Jobs in Johannesburg, South Africa at Stryker Group
We are looking for our future Warehouse Manager in Johannesburg to contribute to the growth of our business within Stryker South Africa.
Responsibilities:
Perform monthly cycle count of all existing inventory and notify the result to the Operations Manager.
Create an environment conducive to self-motivation, professional growth, and teamwork.
Work with the team and individuals to achieve their full potential.
Perform quarterly staffing reviews with the Operations Manager and HR.
Channel and facilitate open communication and best practices.
Pick and pack all customer orders accurately and timely.
Ensure safe delivery of orders to courier/delivery partners, properly packed and labelled.
Maintain safe and tidy storage of stock in the warehouse at all times.
Ensure physical stock levels are accurately reflected in the company software system (MFG / Pro).
Support the RAQA Department for quality action management, such as product segregation due to recalls or holds.
Support the Finance Department in reviewing and approving freight invoices.
Prepare and manage documents/reports required by Customs for DDA (bonded warehouse authorization).
Ensure team compliance with BSI requirements, in coordination with RAQA Manager, and liaise with BSI auditors during audits.
Coordinate with freight partners.
Requirements:
Supply Chain Management or Logistics qualification.
Minimum 3 years of experience in people management.
At least 5 years of experience in logistics, inventory, and warehouse activities.
Ability to handle multiple tasks within time constraints.
Proven process optimization skills with concrete achievements or projects.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience in the medical industry is preferred but not required.
