Position: Â warehouse / customer service manager
Responsibilities:
Managing staff and their duties, ensuring all team members have daily tasks to complete.
Ensuring the RD and LA warehouses are cleared of all stock in SAP each day.
Managing agents and ensuring all customer queries are resolved within the given time period.
Overseeing the Returns Department.
Compiling various reports for management.
Planning, coordinating, and controlling email, staff, and telephonic queries under the ‘Same Day Principle.’
Following up on open/pending service calls on a daily basis.
Communicating successes, issues/perpetual faults, and solutions to management.
Maintaining an efficient, service-friendly environment.
Authorizing relevant documents needed for collections and forwarding them to the Returns Administrator.
Energizing and motivating the team through positive reinforcement of friendly, available, and quick customer service standards while executing and assigning customer service tasks daily.
Developing a working knowledge of company products, operation of products, and troubleshooting problems with products.
Handling any reasonable requests from management.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a customer service management role.
Strongleadershipand team management skills.
Excellentcommunicationand interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.
Ability to compile and analyze reports.
Strongproblem-solvingabilities.
Ability to thrive in afast-paced environment.
