Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Warehouse Assistant to join our team in Cape Town, South Africa. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse experience and a strong work ethic. This is a full-time, permanent position with room for growth within the company. Responsibilities:
– Receive and process incoming stock and materials
– Pick and fill orders accurately and efficiently
– Prepare and pack orders for shipping
– Organize and maintain inventory levels
– Perform regular stock checks and report any discrepancies
– Assist with loading and unloading trucks
– Keep warehouse clean and organized
– Follow all safety procedures and protocols
– Communicate effectively with team members and management Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous warehouse experience preferred
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills
– Basic computer skills
– Forklift experience is a plus
