Role Description: This full-time Waitstaff role is an on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves welcoming guests, presenting menus, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a professional and timely manner. The Waitstaff member will ensure tables are set correctly, maintain cleanliness in the dining area, and coordinate with kitchen staff to deliver orders accurately. Responsibilities also include handling guest inquiries, resolving minor complaints, processing payments, and supporting overall service standards to create a positive dining experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage offerings and basic Food Service procedures.
- Clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
- Basic Cooking or food preparation awareness to coordinate effectively with kitchen operations.
- Prior experience in a restaurant, hotel, or café environment is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
- Fluency in English; additional languages commonly used in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia are a plus.
