Waiter | Luxury Property Group | Cape Town
Salary: R8,000 per month | Live-Out Position
Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking a professional and service-driven Waiter for a prestigious luxury property group based in Cape Town
. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established hospitality brand known for delivering world-class guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding food and beverage service to guests in line with the property’s high standards
Provide detailed menu knowledge and confidently recommend dishes and beverage pairings
Ensure that all tables are set correctly and that dining areas are clean, well-organized, and presentable
Handle guest requests, dietary requirements, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
Adhere to all health, hygiene, and safety standards at all times
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of service stations and work areas
Uphold the property’s values and commitment to excellence in all guest interactions
Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience in a fine dining or high-end hospitality environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Well-groomed, professional appearance
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
Team player with a passion for hospitality and delivering memorable service
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Wine knowledge or formal training would be advantageous
