National Senior Certificate
A relevant qualification (diploma or degree done in visual and retailmerchandising/retail management) will be advantageous
Minimum of 5 years’ experience within a retail andvisual merchandisingenvironment within a senior/similar role
Minimum 5 years’ management experience, managing/coaching teams within thevisual merchandisingenvironment.
Premium brand experience essential.
Broad knowledge of all the trends and keeping up to date with future trends.
Your Mission
The Visual Merchandise Manager is responsible for the maintenance and optimisation of themerchandise presentationand display on both PUMA Retail and PUMA Wholesale environments in order to appeal to prospective customers and drive sales.
KPI`s
Achievement of visual merchandise standards and execution of visual merchandise concepts in both retail and wholesale to ensure that it aligns with PUMA Global.
Accurate and timeous delivery of reports.
Achievement andpromotionof apositive brand imagethrough effectiveVisual Merchandisingto ensure brand standards are adhered to.
Manage and motivate a team of field Visual Merchandisers across the country.
