Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Visual Designer to join our digital experience team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting visually compelling and user-centric designs for digital products and services across various platforms. You’ll help shape the visual direction of our digital experiences, ensuring consistency, brand alignment, and excellence in execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct heuristic evaluations of current digital products to identify visual design improvement areas.
Develop and maintain a digital style guide that promotes consistency across products and platforms.
Create high-fidelity prototypes for multiple MVPs that are visually appealing and optimised for user engagement.
Perform design reviews of existing and in-progress work to ensure alignment with brand and visual design standards.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX, product managers, developers, and business stakeholders.
Coach and empower teams with best practices in visual design.
Deeply understand our brand, products, and services to ensure cohesive and consistent visual identity across all touchpoints
Skills &
Competencies:
Strong knowledge of visual design principles
, typography, colour theory, and layout.
Proven track record of impactful, consumer-facing visual design work.
Ability to deliver high-quality work within tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient with industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite
, or similar.
Experience in creating and implementing digital style guides
.
Strong creative thinking paired with critical problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience Level:
Band 8 (9–12 years of experience as a Visual Designer or in a similar role)
