? Numata is looking for a Virtual CIO (vCIO) to partner with our SME clients, helping them align their IT strategies with business objectives while delivering measurable value.
About the Role:
As a Virtual CIO, you will act as a trusted advisor to Numata’s SME clients, providing strategic IT guidance to ensure their technology investments align with and support their business goals. You will oversee IT governance, budgeting, and long-term planning while fostering strong client relationships and delivering
exceptional service

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic ITLeadership:
Collaborate with clients to define IT roadmaps and strategies that align with their business objectives.
Technology Planning:
Evaluate current IT environments and recommend improvements, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.
Budget Management:
Guide clients in IT budgeting and costoptimization, ensuring ROI on technology investments.
IT Governance:
Develop and enforce IT policies, standards, and practices that support business priorities and compliance requirements.
Risk Management:
Identify, assess, and mitigate IT risks while ensuring business continuity and disaster recovery preparedness.
ClientAdvocacy:
Serve as the primary IT liaison, advocating for client needs and aligning Numata’s services with their goals.
Performance Monitoring:
Track and report on IT performance metrics, ensuring ongoing alignment with client expectations.
Collaboration:
Work closely with Numata’s internal teams to deliver seamless andimpactfulIT solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in ITleadership, preferably in a vCIO, IT Manager, or similar role.
Strong understanding of IT governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC).
Excellentcommunicationand relationship-building skills.
Ability to translate business goals into actionable IT strategies.
Experience with IT budgeting and financial planning.
Familiarity with SME challenges and opportunities.
Knowledge of cloud-based solutions, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
