The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the activities of our client, ensuring the seamless integration and execution of operations, marketing, and new business initiatives. This position is instrumental in driving growth, maintaining high standards, and acting as the central link between stakeholders, leadership, and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Oversight
Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our client, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Initiate and coordinate the workup of new business opportunities, from ideation to implementation.
Provide leadership and support to teams across all functions, fostering collaboration and accountability.
Marketing and Branding
Oversee both on-ground and digital marketing campaigns, ensuring cohesive messaging and strong brand presence.
Work closely with marketing teams to develop innovative strategies that drive engagement and growth.
Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Operations Management
Supervise operational activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to timelines.
Establish and optimize processes to enhance productivity and workflow across the group.
Act as the primary point of contact for resolving operational challenges.
Stakeholder Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Represent our client at important meetings, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Negotiate contracts and manage partnerships to advance business objectives.
Leadership Support
Manage the schedules, priorities, and deliverables for the CEO/COO, ensuring they are well-prepared and informed.
Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to leadership, contributing to high-level decision-making.
Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and opportunities.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for various business functions.
Present detailed performance insights and recommendations to leadership.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and industry best practices.
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or a similar leadership role preferred.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing principles.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
High level of adaptability, problem-solving skills, and strategic thinking.
