Responsibilities:
Develop and design email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotions, product launches, etc.).
Research and implement best practices from brands like Smoke Cartel and Smyle Labs.
Write compelling, conversion-focused copy and subject lines.
Create visually appealing email templates with a modern and clean aesthetic.
Set up automated email sequences to engage customers.
Analyze email performance and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar).
Strong copywriting and design skills.
Familiarity with the cannabis and smoking accessories industry.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of email compliance and deliverability best practices.
