Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the operation and VIP customer management
Responsible for transactions, new additions and asset accumulation data of major customers
Provide one-to-one services for high-level customers, and match services according to customer needs
Monitor the transaction data of VIP major customers, actively provide strategies and promote implementation
Provide weekly/month reporting and updates
Business Development
Grow the institutional business by actively engaging financial institutions , Fintechs and other corporates to partner with Bitget
Map the market and build a prospective target list of clients
Drive client interaction by setting up introduction calls and meetings
Present Bitget’s product offering to prospective clients
Attend industry conferences, events and networking seminars
Understand the market, competitor landscape, regulatory updates as well as local and international developments
Requirements:
At least 1-2 years in VIP customer management
3-5 years of Business Development experience dealing with financial institutions and large corporates
Experience engaging with C-suite executives and decision makers
Previous experience in working with and achieving sales targets
Good understanding of Blockchain Technology, cryptocurrencies exchanges and the African market
Preferable experience in exchanges, Web3 industry, major customer (VIP) operation experience
Proficient in English
Excellent communication and reporting skills
