Key Responsibilities :
– Build and manage relationships with a portfolio of VIP players across email, phone & events
– Design and optimize loyalty rewards, exclusive offers, and personalized experiences
– Analyse player behaviour to boost engagement and retention
– Collaborate with CRM, marketing, and ops teams for a seamless VIP journey
– Host and attend premium events – virtually and in-person – to drive player loyalty
Report on VIP performance and growth opportunities
Who we’re looking for :
– 3+ years in VIP account management and hosting in iGaming or entertainment
– Strong track record managing high-value clients and driving retention
– Sharp with data, player insights, and engagement strategies
– Personable, proactive, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments
– Willing to travel occasionally and work flexible hours
