We’re a growing social media agency working with brands in restaurants, retail, and apparel, and we need an Instagram Video Editor who knows how to turn raw footage into content people actually watch.
Your job is simple:
Create videos that grab attention fast, hold it, and make people want more.
What You’ll Do
- Edit Instagram Reels that hook instantly and keep viewers engaged
- Turn raw footage into clear, compelling stories
- Make sharp decisions on cuts, pacing, and structure
- Add effects, motion, and polish that elevate the content
- Collaborate through Frame.io and implement feedback quickly
- Manage tasks and deadlines using Asana or similar tools
- Bring ideas to the table, not just execute, but improve
- Deliver consistently, even when timelines are tight
What You Bring
- 3+ years of video editing experience (social media preferred)
- Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop
- Deep understanding of what works on Instagram Reels
- Creative instincts, you know what to cut, what to keep, and why
- Ability to work independently without constant direction
- Comfort working under pressure and hitting deadlines
- Clear English communication
- Experience using AI tools in your editing workflow
- Agency or multi-client experience is a plus
