ABOUT THIS ROLE
At VSLS, we create experiences that change people's minds and make real change possible through learning, communication and change enablement. We're looking for a Graduate Video Editor and Motion Designer to join our creative team at the start of their career.
This is a job for someone who knows the basics and wants to learn more. You'll work closely with experienced strategists, designers, and consultants, learning how to tell stories with a purpose while also doing work that really matters.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Edit and make videos for learning solutions, change enablement programs, and agency communications, with help from senior creatives.
- Create motion graphics and animations in Adobe After Effects to simplify and enhance complex ideas.
- Edit and refine video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, ensuring strong pacing, clarity, and emotional impact.
- Collaborate with members of the creative team on a variety of projects to learn how strategy and storytelling work together.
- Take part in campaigns that really change people's behaviour by learning what makes content work, not just look good.
- Help keep the videos consistent.
- Stay interested in editing trends, platform formats, and motion design techniques.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Adobe Premiere Pro

- Strong storytelling instinct
- Motion graphics fundamentals
- Showreel or student work
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- A degree in film, design, multimedia, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects through academic, personal, or freelance work.
- Strong understanding of pacing, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.
- Open to feedback, with a proactive mindset toward learning and continuous improvement.
- A showreel or portfolio showcasing your work and creative thinking.
