What We’re Looking For
Our UK client, a performance marketing agency specializing in paid advertising, performance-driven creative, and email marketing, is seeking a UGC Video Editor to join their newly launched creative department. This role is essential for producing high-quality, performance-driven video ads that help e-commerce brands scale profitably.
Responsibilities
Edit engaging UGC-style video ads tailored for Meta and TikTok.
Collaborate with the creative strategist and videographer to develop high-converting ad creatives.
Apply performance marketing principles to optimize video content for conversions.
Work with DTC brands to craft compelling video narratives aligned with their marketing goals.
Analyze video performance data to refine and improve future content.
Requirements
Proven experience editing UGC and modern-style ads for Meta and TikTok.
Strong understanding of performance marketing strategies and principles.
Experience working with DTC brands.
Proficiency in Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro or any other editing software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Availability to start part-time and transition into a full-time role.
A solid portfolio showcasing your work
Nice to Have
Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
Experience with A/B testing and creative iteration for ad performance.
Familiarity with paid media strategies and ad placement best practices.
