From our home in Doncaster, Yorkshire, we collaborate with thinkers, makers, and leaders across the UK to craft meaningful conversations and content — including long-form podcasts, leadership insights, and digital storytelling.
We’re growing our creative team and are looking for a full-time Video Creator & Editor to help us elevate our visual content across platforms.
The Role
This is a hands-on production and editing role focused on both long-form video podcast editing (2+ hours per episode) and short-form social media content creation. You’ll be working closely with our content team to shape and deliver polished, professional video content for YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and beyond.
You must be experienced in cleaning up audio, colour grading footage, creating engaging short-form clips from longer content, and editing within tight brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Edit long-form video podcasts (2–3 hours in length), ensuring professional flow, clarity, and pacing
Perform audio clean-up: remove background noise, EQ adjustments, balance levels, and enhance dialogue
Apply colour correction and grading to maintain visual consistency across multi-camera setups or different lighting conditions
Create short-form video clips (15–90 seconds) for social media, optimised for each platform and audience
Add branded captions, graphics, transitions, intros/outros, and other motion elements as needed
Export, format and manage files for YouTube, podcast platforms, and social channels
Work proactively with producers and strategists to identify strong moments or clips worth sharing
Requirements
Based in South Africa, with reliable internet and ability to work UK hours (08:00–17:00 BST), Monday to Friday
Strong experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro)
Proficient in audio clean-up: background noise removal, level balancing, vocal enhancement
Confident in colour correction and grading using LUTs, scopes, and manual adjustments
Ability to craft compelling short-form clips with subtitles, dynamic cuts and engaging storytelling
Fluent in English (written and spoken) with attention to detail and strong communication skills
Able to manage time effectively and handle feedback in a collaborative, remote-first team environment
Nice to Have
Experience editing multi-camera or remote video podcasts
Familiarity with audio-only podcast editing and publishing
Understanding of social media trends and platform-specific formats
A creative eye for repurposing content in new and unexpected ways
