Skills & Experience:
Minimum 8+ years of Agile software development experience, with a proven track record of delivery.
Expertise in modern enterprise technologies and system architecture.
Mastery in managing global teams across time zones and driving performance.
Advanced knowledge of SDLC, design patterns, and scalable system development.
Bonus Points for:
Experience with embedded systems, edge computing, and cloud platforms.
Proficiency in multiple programming languages and consumer/retail technologies.
