As a Verizon Team Member, you’ll work directly with customers to help them choose the Verizon wireless plans, phones, and services that best fit their needs. Our training program will teach you everything you need to succeed, so you can feel confident from your first day.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with customers and learn about their wireless needs.
- Recommend Verizon phones, plans, and services based on each customer’s lifestyle and budget.
- Answer questions about Verizon products and explain features in a simple, easy-to-understand way.
- Guide customers through the sign-up and activation process.
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service while building lasting relationships.
- Learn sales techniques through ongoing coaching and training.
- Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- No sales experience required—we provide full training.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
