Requirements
Previous Sales Management experience is essential.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in new/used vehicle sales, preferably in the premium segment.
Must be able to manage a sales team.
Relevant qualification in sales, marketing, or business administration.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Valid driver’s license and own transport.
