Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the new vehicle sales team to achieve monthly targets
- Drive sales performance and maximise dealership profitability
- Monitor and improve sales processes and team productivity
- Motivate, train, and develop sales staff
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Analyse sales data and implement strategies to improve performance
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales journey
Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience as a New Vehicle Sales Manager within a dealership environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Traceable references
- Valid driver’s license
- Matric certificate
- Clear ITC and criminal record
