Key Responsibilities :
Identify and approach potential customers to promote and sell vehicles
Understand and demonstrate the features and benefits of various vehicle models
Conduct test drives and provide customers with a positive buying experience
Negotiate and close sales deals in a professional and ethical manner
Maintain and build relationships with new and existing customers
Meet and exceed sales targets set by the dealership
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new models, and competitor offerings
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and a smooth sales process
Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals
Requirements :
Minimum of 2 years of experience in vehicle sales, preferably in a dealership setting
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Knowledge of the automotive industry and current market trends
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and driven to succeed
