Job Title:Virtual Assistant / Customer Service Representative
Location:Fully Remote (Work from Home)
Employment Type:Full-Time / Part-Time (Based on the clients’ needs)
Working Hours:Eastern Standard Time (EST)
Salary:Competitive, ranging from R13 000 to R20 000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat and phone promptly and professionally.
Assist with scheduling, calendar management and administrative tasks.
Process customer orders, returns and refunds accurately.
Maintain client records and update CRM systems.
Conduct research and compile reports as requested.
Handle social media messages and engage with online communities (if applicable).
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry and document organization.
Requirements & Qualifications:
1-3 years of experiencein customer service, virtual assistance, administrative support or related.
Excellent written and verbalcommunicationskillsin English.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency inMicrosoft Office and Google Workspace.
Familiarity withCRM softwareand Helpdesk platforms.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Reliableinternet connection (fiber line preferred) and a quietwork environment.
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software tools.
Positive attitudeand strongproblem-solving skills.
