What you’ll do:
– Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean, safe condition
– Wash, rinse, and sanitize wares; sweep/mop floors; remove trash; restock as needed
– Operate dish and cleaning equipment safely and follow sanitation procedures
– Serve as the senior utility worker, providing direction to lower-level employees and coordinating daily tasks
– Communicate with the culinary team to support meal service and turnaround times
