Are you someone who has experience in:
To build and maintain relationships for the purposes of reciprocally managing expectations, sharing knowledge,diverseinsights and motivates the User Experience resources to ensure the User Experience ecosystem throughout the group operates effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Control expenditure and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs.
Plan and measure the overall workflow of the studio design team and ensure all deadlines are met.
Ensure a consistent user experience across the First Rand sites with the help of defined usability standards and additional resources available.
Display and encourage anappreciationofteamworkand inclusivity.
Develop, encourage and nurturecollaborativerelationships across area of specialisation.
Manage team performance in achievement of business objectives.
Compile reports that track progress and guide business to make informed decisions.
Ensure development and continuous value add improvement to operational processes.
Manage risks in own area of responsibility.
Deliver customer experience excellence in own service delivery aligned to Organisational values and service standards.
Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery,collaborationandinnovation.

Have over 5 years experience in a similar role.
Managerial experience.
