Job Description
To provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the Administration and Risk functions of the Branch and assist in achieving the customer migration to electronic banking methods.
Responsibilities
Continuously assess own performance, seek feedback, and request development opportunities.
Interact positively with teams and participate in a culture of learning and information sharing.
Complete daily administrative functions in the Branch to mitigate risk.
Assist with the management of branch cash holdings, teller and ATM cash issues, and promote the use of electronic banking methods.
Use work resources responsibly to help contain costs.
Build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
Deliver on performance objectives according to set procedures and service level agreements.
Produce high-quality work adhering to standards, procedures, and compliance requirements.
