Location: Western Cape
Skills Provision is searching for a dynamic and dedicated Unified Communication and Collaboration Engineer who has excellent ICT Background.

R 550,000 pa

The Role
Responsible for project implementation and technical support of UC&C products, including hardware and software installation and commissioning.
Responsible for maintenance of UC&C products, including routine inspection, troubleshooting, ensuring the system running well.
Responsible for UC&C products knowledge transfer to partner on hardware installation and software commissioning.
Discussing and participating the realization and optimization of UC&C products network design.
Production of customer support documentation for UC&C products.
Requirements
Degree or diploma in Information Technology or any related qualifications
3 to 5 years’ experience working as a UC&C Engineer in the ICT industry, computer science, network communication, or software related
Cisco Network Certification desirable
