Mango5 is hiring Outbound Insurance Sales Agents to join our growing sales team. You’ll be on the phones daily, calling prospective clients, working out what appliance care cover they need, and recommending the right warranty and insurance products. You’ll own the whole sales process, from that first call right through to closing the deal, with plenty of room to upsell and cross-sell along the way.
We’re after someone who’s done outbound sales before, who isn’t rattled by a “no,” and gets a kick out of hitting (and beating) their targets, especially when commissions are on the line.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Outbound calling to generate and convert new business, identifying customer needs and recommending suitable insurance products.
- Upselling & cross-selling to maximize revenue on every single interaction.
- Handling customer queries, renewals, and policy adjustments professionally and efficiently.
- Building strong rapport with customers.
- Ensuring full compliance with FCA regulations and internal procedures.
- Completing accurate documentation and administrative tasks.
- Consistently meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience within outbound sales.
- UK insurance industry – Advantageous
- Knowledge of FCA regulations and the importance of compliance.
- Strong understanding of insurance products, processes, and terminology.
- Confident, fluent communication with a neutral accent.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport fast and close hard
- Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Matric
- Clear criminal and credit record
- Self-motivated, target-driven, resilient, and comfortable in a high-pressure sales environment.
WORKING HOURS:
- Monday – Friday
- 9-hour shift, scheduled between 09:00 – 22:00
- Dynamic holidays
REMUNERATION PACKAGE:
- Basic Salary
