Position: UI / Graphic designer
EOur client is a rapidly growing tech company in the financial services sector, developing innovative software solutions that are transforming the investment industry. They are looking for a creative Webflow developer and UI designer to join their marketing team. If you’re passionate about creating beautiful, user-friendly websites with Webflow and have an eye for stunning design and intuitive user interfaces, we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities :
Website Development : Use Webflow to design, build, and maintain websites for multiple brands across different regions.
UI Design : Design and maintain user interfaces for platforms and mobile apps.
Brand and Product Communication :
Assist with graphic design work, including social media posts, HTML mailers, and sales collateral.
Creative Conceptualization :
Collaborate in brainstorming sessions to generate ideas for organic content and advertising campaigns.
Collaboration with Teams :
Work closely with development, platform, and compliance teams to ensure website designs align with company goals and regulatory standards.
Prototype and Test : Develop prototypes and conduct usability testing to gather user feedback and iterate on designs.
Brand Consistency : Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and meet high-quality standards.
Project Management : Manage multiple web design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
Key Skills and Qualifications :
Proficiency in Webflow :
Proven experience designing and developing websites using Webflow.
UI Design Expertise : Strong understanding of UI / UX principles and best practices.
Technical Skills : Experience with design tools (e.g., Figma) and web technologies (HTML, CSS).
Portfolio : A strong portfolio showcasing previous work, especially in financial services or similar industries.
Communication Skills :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
Project Management Skills :
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Nice to Have :
Financial Services Knowledge :
Familiarity with the financial services industry is a plus.
