Festive, a division of Astral Operations Limited, aims to provide a TVET Graduates with the opportunity to obtain training, gain knowledge and acquire practical experience in transitioning from student to employee for a fixed period of twelve (12) months at our Processing Plant in Olifantsfontein.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric Qualification.
- Currently unemployed without having completed a SETA internship on a previous occasion.
- Completed Diploma in Business Administration/ Financial Management/ Operations Management and/or equivalent.
- Competent in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Power Point.
Key Skills And Competencies
- Good command in English, both written and spoken.
- Be able to successfully summarise large volumes of data.
- Be able to perform administration tasks, in addition to other tasks assigned by management.
- Willingness to learn and work independently.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a high level of attention to detail.
