Job description
Position: Part-Time Afrikaans Tutors (Home: Centurion, Gauteng)
We are URGENTLY looking for dedicated and dynamic Afrikaans tutors for home lessons in Centurion, Gauteng. The ideal candidate should be available on weekdays and weekends and have a strong passion for tutoring and mentoring.
Responsibilities:
Providing engaging and effective lessons
Helping students understand key concepts and topics
Reinforcing course material to ensure mastery
Offering feedback and guidance on assignments and homework
Encouraging students to develop strong study habits and skills
Evaluating student progress and providing regular reports
Requirements:
Matriculation with a distinction in Afrikaans or a related field
Currently enrolled or have completed a related degree program at a reputable tertiary institution.
Based in or near Centurion and available for home lessons.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of Afrikaans curriculum and concepts
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to engage and motivate students
Passion for teaching and making a positive impact on students’ academic success
