We are currently seeking a highly competent and reliable Turner Machinist to join our growing engineering team. Ideal candidate will have to have strong background in operating lathes and producing precision components to exact specifications.
Minimum Requirements
Trade Qualification in Fitting and Turning or related field
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar role
Ability to work from engineering drawings
Attention to details and commitment to quality
Team player who is dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
Duties Will Include
Operating lathes and other machine tools to manufacture or refurbish components
Reading technical drawings and engineering specifications
Measuring and verifying accuracy using precision instruments
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Collaborating with the plating and grinding teams to meet project deadlines
Preform routine maintenance on machines
Ensuring all work meets HCE’s strict quality standards
