SUMMARY:
🚛 Truck Driver (8–10 Ton Vehicles) – Code 10
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Truck Driver to join our freight forwarding team, responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods using 8–10 ton vehicles.
POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate 8–10 ton delivery trucks
- Load, transport, and offload goods as required
- Ensure timely deliveries to designated destinations
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report defects
- Maintain accurate delivery records and paperwork
- Adhere to all road safety and company procedures
Will also assist in the warehouse with ad hoc duties when not on the road.
Minimum Requirements
- Valid Code 10 driver’s licence (essential)
- Proven experience driving 8–10 ton trucks
- South African citizen
- Good knowledge of road safety regulations
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Clear criminal record
