As a Recruitment and Training Specialist, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining a high-performing team. You’ll optimize the user journey for our workforce from registration all the way to becoming productive. A key success criterion is capacity planning and optimizing efficiency within the process of building a high-performing workforce.
Core Objectives &
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment
Identify and attracttop talentaligned with our company’s needs and values.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screenings, interviews, and offers.
Onboarding and Training
Design and execute onboarding programs to integrate recruits seamlessly.
Develop and deliver training materials to upskill recruits for their roles.
Performance and
Project Management
Monitor daily performance of recruits, providingfeedback and coachingas needed.
Oversee recruit-driven projects, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Troubleshoot issues proactively and provide solutions to keep projects.
Qualifications &
Experience:
A degree inproject managementor recruitment is required.
Experience in both recruitment andproject managementis strongly preferred.
Manage large work/sales forces; understand informal markets and the blue collared workforce, especially on optimizing productivity and retention.

Skills and Abilities:
Skills:Excellentcommunication, strongproblem-solvingabilities, and the capacity to juggle multiple tasks and projects effectively.
