The Role We are looking for a Treasury Operations Manager to lead our day-to-day liquidity and payment infrastructure. This is a role for someone who loves to solve problems, enjoys mentoring a team, and gets excited about turning manual processes into automated, efficient workflows. You will be the point of contact for the business, helping us scale as our transaction volumes grow.
What you’ll be doing:
You will step into a pivotal role, not just overseeing operations, but actively shaping how we function. You’ll be the person the team looks to for guidance, but also the one who identifies where we can be smarter, faster, and more robust.
- Leading the team: You’ll mentor and develop the treasury ops team, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and independence.
- Driving our tech: You’ll be the champion for our Treasury Management System (TMS), refining our configurations to ensure it works for us, not the other way around.
- Optimizing liquidity: You’ll manage cash across multiple entities and jurisdictions, ensuring our forecasting is precise and our routing is efficient.
- Building efficiency: You’ll dig into the details of our payment flows, understanding the risk and cost implications of every route, and work with our tech teams to build better integrations.
