Travelling Nanny – evergreen Jobs in Pretoria, South Africa at Family Office
Looking for a Rota Nanny to HNW family (russian speaking).
Schengen visa (residence permit) or European passport is highly desired.
Private household is looking for a rota nanny for the children of ages 6, 3 and 1. Nanny’s role is to work with the Family to take care of the children’s needs. The ideal candidate will be fun, energetic, creative, and engaging as well as kind and caring. Experience of working with children of a similar age is highly desirable for this role as the client is looking to hire someone long-term.
There are three nannies with two being on duty together at all times. You will be working in accordance with the following rota, subject to family’s needs and travel arrangements:
6 weeks on / 3 weeks off
4 weeks on / 2 weeks off
3 weeks on / 1 week off
Responsibilities
Preparing the children for school, ensuring their bags are prepped
School runs
Planning fun activities and organising playdates
Baby duties – dressing, changing, feeding, and settling
Create a stimulating, nurturing, and safe environment for the children to grow and thrive
Collaborate with parents and the rest of the nanny team to ensure consistent continuity of care
Support a varying daily schedule and become an asset to the family
Be proactive in communicating with parents to ensure their needs are being met
Work seamlessly with the other nanny to ensure a seamless hand-off in the rotational schedule
Requirements
Fluency in Russian
Recent early-years nanny experience is essential
Childcare experience is essential
Proficient English both spoken and written
Childcareeducationand qualifications are a bonus
