The primary purpose of this position will be to prepare and provide training materials and courses on the operation, maintenance and management of shell boilers and boiler ancillaries. The successful candidates must be prepared to travel locally and across borders for extended periods of time. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 – 4 years’ experience within a similar environment.
You will be responsible for the following:
Compile training materials and ensure that they remain relevant
Keep abreast with JT products and developments
Market and sell training courses
Present training courses and evaluate trainees attending boiler courses
Identify training needs of boiler users
Ensure that all BDTC equipment and buildings are maintained and kept clean
Compile and evaluation trainee’s assessments
Submitting assessment reports
Education:
Matric
Boiler Attendance Certificate
3 -4 Years experience as a Boiler Operator
Computer Literate MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Valid drivers license
Skills:
Be presentable and professional
Excellent communication skills and well spoken
Be able to interact with customers at all levels
Technical knowledge will be advantageous
Ability to work independently and under pressure
