JOB SUMMARY:
● Excellent time management skills, public speaking skills, problem- solving skills and both verbal and written communication skills
● Ability to operate media equipment such as projectors and personal computers
● Exceptional organisational skills, leadership and interpersonal skills
● Ability to work with a team and have attention to detail
● Ability to handle multiple assignments
Main responsibilities will include:
Role Responsibility
Client Relationship Management – Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
– Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client needs promptly and professionally
Administrative Support – Assist with various administrative tasks to support the sales team and training operations.
– Handle logistics and set up for confirmed training classes, ensuring all requirements are met.
– Maintain an organised training calendar, coordinating schedules with facilitators.
Training Coordination – Communicate effectively with training facilitators regarding schedules, logistics, and material needs.
– Ensure all training materials are ordered and delivered on time.
