Full Job Description
The Training Branch Manager is responsible for leading and managing a designated retail branch while serving as a training hub for new and developing managers. This role balances operational excellence with staff development, ensuring the delivery of high-performance standards while providing support to the branch manager.
Qualifications & Skills:
Retail experience is essential.
Demonstrated success in team leadership and mentoring.
Strong operational knowledge of retail processes and best practices.
Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail management systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in training or learning & development within a retail environment.
Matric
Certification in coaching, facilitation, or adult learning principles (an advantage).
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
