Job Description
Are you looking to relocate and get a new start? A mining company based in the Kwa Zulu-Natal province is looking to employ Training Officer. The role will be responsible to assist in conducting training needs analysis and identifying employees training needs Develop new and update existing training materials to reflect changes in on-going operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Training/ETDP/Human Resources Development
• Certificate in Occupational Directed ETDP Level 4 (essential)
• Engineering Trade Certificate (Mandatory)
• Millwright Trade Test (Advantageous)
• 2 – 3 years’ relevant technical experience within a heavy Industry/ Mining/ Production environment (Mandatory)
• 2 – 3 years’ Human Resources Development experience as a Technical Trainer
