Duties
- Assist in lead generation activities to identify potential candidates and clients within the adult social care industry
- Support the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates through various channels to onboarding new hires
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, or HRIS platforms to manage candidate data efficiently
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients through effective communication and regular follow-up
- Manage social media platforms to promote job opportunities and engage with potential candidates
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with recruitment processes and quality standards
- Contribute to the development of recruitment strategies by analyzing market trends and candidate feedback
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to build rapport quickly
- Basic understanding of applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft or HRIS tools
- Enthusiastic attitude with a desire to learn about human resources and social care sectors
- Experience or interest in lead generation, relationship management, and social media management is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
- Familiarity with sales principles and customer service approaches is advantageous
- No prior recruitment experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided
