Our client in the North of Pretoria is looking for a Traffic Manager Operations with strong management experience in the transport or logistics industry.
Must be able to work long irregular hours and travel long distance to operational areas
Basic salary + car allowance + fuel allowance + Provident Fund and Medical Aid
Minimum requirements:
- Road Transport Qualification required
- 5 years experience in supervising operations of a large transport company (essential)
- Experience in handling IR issues
- Manage and control all traffic departmental and operational functions
- Monitor service through auditing of operations
- Inter-departmental coordination and communication
- Analyze traffic operational statistics on a daily basis
- Ensure correct implementation of agreed changes to operation
- Monitor budget
- Monitor subordinates job performance
