Our Client is looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Trade Counter Sales Executive to join there team. If you have a strong technical background and a passion for providing excellent customer service and sales support, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities :
Manage the trade counter and assist customers with technical queries and product selections
Provide expert advice and solutions on a range of products including Satellite, Audio Visual, CCTV, WiFi, and Networking solutions
Demonstrate and present Space Television products in the showroom
Maintain accurate sales records and monitor sales performance
Achieve branch sales targets and contribute to team success
Use SAP and CRM systems (advantageous)
Qualifications & Experience :
Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales with a strong technical foundation
In-depth knowledge of :
Fibre to the Home, IT Networking, CCTV, and Security Systems
Security system design and installations
Ability to explain and demonstrate how related products work
Relevant industry qualifications are essential
General Requirements :
Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Additional languages will be an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Must be of sober habits, in good general health, and able to work under pressure
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
