KEY OUTPUTS
Assisting Stock Controller with management of theatre stock and equipment charging.
Responsible for stock control in theatre including optimum stock levels, credits, wastages, expired and aged stock, stock takes, etc.
Responsible of the theatre stock billing process.
Responsible for the administration of consignment stock.
Responsible for maintaining of Theatre charge sheets.
Ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
Minimum of Grade 12.
Commercial/nursing qualifications is preferable.
Minimum 2 year’s work experience in similar role.
Previous experience in a day hospital will be to your advantage.
Assist the Stock Controller during Stock Take with all the necessary administration.
Assisting the Stock Controller on a day-to-day basis with all daily duties, as required.
Monitor changes to stock bins and make necessary changes to Batch Stock Binning.
Responsible for checking and making sure that all theatre backings, in the patients file, has been marked for billing.
Receiving, filing and copying of original invoices.
Processing of invoices.
Ordering stock.
Computer literacy including, Microsoft Office.
Store Keeping/Procurement jobs
