Tertiary Campus Operations Manager – Braamfontein, JHB

The Finishing College is seeking for a Campus Operations Manager to

oversee the day-to-day running of our vibrant campus and ensure a

smooth, centered experience for both students and staff.

Requirements:

Qualification: Degree or Diploma management, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of college/school management or related field.

Skills: SETA, QCTO, SAQA and DHET knowledge will be advantageous; strong leadership and management skills; ability to think strategically and make decisions that align with goals of the college; strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Citizenship: Must be a South African citizen.

Driver’s license: must have a driver’s license.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations and facility management; Staff management; Event coordination; Student support; Policy and procedure implementation; Community relations; Student recruitment; Budget management; Communication and collaboration; Leadership and mentorship; Data analysis and reporting; Staff

and students’ attendance.
